Dr. Anthony Perry (he, him, él) is an educational leader and equity practitioner whose work centers on building intellectually rigorous, humane, and inclusive school communities. He currently serves as Middle School Director at The International School of Denver, where he leads academic programming, faculty development, and student culture in a multilingual, international context.

From 2020 to 2025, Dr. Perry served as Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at The Lab School of Washington, partnering with faculty, staff, and families to translate equity commitments into sustainable practices that support student learning, belonging, and institutional growth. His leadership is grounded in the belief that equity is not an initiative, but a daily practice embedded in curriculum, relationships, and school systems.

In addition to his school-based leadership, Dr. Perry serves as Board Chair for The Kingsbury Wellness & Learning Group and as an Advisory Board Member for the National Partnership for Educational Access, contributing to organizational governance and national conversations about access, leadership, and student success.

Dr. Perry is a frequent speaker and facilitator on topics including educational leadership, culturally responsive practice, school culture, and belonging. He works with educators, school leaders, and boards to examine how values, structures, and decision-making shape student and adult experiences in schools.
